A booking is considered confirmed only after:
Receipt of the required deposit
Written confirmation from SRINIDHI Travels
A deposit of 30%–50% of the total trip cost is required to secure the reservation (depending on the package type). The remaining balance must be paid before trip commencement.
We accept payments via:
Bank Transfer
Credit/Debit Card
Online Payment Gateway
Cash (within Nepal)
All bank charges, transaction fees, and currency exchange differences must be borne by the client.
If a client cancels a confirmed booking, the following cancellation fees apply:
45+ days before arrival: Deposit non-refundable
30–44 days before arrival: 50% of total cost
15–29 days before arrival: 75% of total cost
Less than 14 days: 100% of total cost
No refund will be provided for:
No-shows
Early departures
Unused services
Luxury helicopter tours and peak-season bookings may have stricter policies.

All clients must have comprehensive travel insurance covering:
Trip cancellation
Medical expenses
Emergency evacuation (including helicopter rescue)
Personal injury
Loss of baggage
Proof of insurance may be requested before departure.
Clients must ensure they are physically and medically fit for the chosen tour (especially trekking and adventure activities).
SRINIDHI Travels reserves the right to decline participation if a client’s condition may pose safety risks.
SRINIDHI Travels acts as a local tour operator and organizer. While we take every reasonable precaution for safety and comfort, we are not liable for:
Injury, illness, or accidents
Flight delays or cancellations
Natural disasters
Political disturbances
Loss or theft of personal belongings
Acts of third-party service providers
Participation in adventure activities is at the client’s own risk.
SRINIDHI Travels shall not be held responsible for events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Weather disruptions
Government restrictions
Pandemics
Strikes
Political unrest
Natural calamities
No refunds will be issued for force majeure events, but alternative arrangements will be offered where possible.
Clients are responsible for:
Obtaining valid visas
Passport validity (minimum 6 months recommended)
Required vaccinations
Compliance with immigration rules
SRINIDHI Travels reserves the right to use photographs or videos taken during trips for promotional purposes unless clients submit a written objection prior to departure.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be settled under the jurisdiction of Kathmandu District Court, Nepal.
By confirming a booking and making payment, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions in full.
